Agent's Note
From Curtis Bain. Details about the apartment are drawn from the listing information provided through RLS by Corcoran Group.
What I’d put first in this two bedroom is that both bedrooms face south and the primary is also at the back of the apartment. You rarely get good light and quiet in the same bedroom in the city. On the winter solstice a south window here can take direct sun from about 7:41 AM to 4:07 PM, roughly 8.5 hours, and the bedroom windows are large. A building across the street could block part of that, so I’d check what’s there. I’d also visit the primary at night to see how quiet it really is, since that’s the whole benefit of a back bedroom.
It’s also recently renovated, so you aren’t taking on a project. The kitchen is open, with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The living room has a bay window looking onto a tree-lined block of Park Slope, and a built-in cabinet adds storage there. The primary has a large closet. The second bedroom is next to the bathroom, which is finished in marble with a handheld shower head and a European style faucet.
It’s 822 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom, so storage and layout are what I’d look at closely in person. The building has an elevator, which is easy to take for granted until you’re carrying groceries up from the street.
A GE washer and gas dryer are in the unit, and the air conditioning runs on individual controls throughout. The apartment has city, panoramic, and skyline views. The building has two shared roof terraces with views of Manhattan, and pets are allowed.
Washington Park is about a minute away and the Old Stone House is about 2 minutes. The R at Union St is about 7 minutes away on foot, and the F, G and R at 4 Av-9 St are about 8 minutes, so getting into Manhattan is easy.
Is this a condo or a co-op?

Does the apartment have outdoor space?
The building has two shared roof terraces with views of Manhattan, and the apartment has city, panoramic and skyline views.
Is there laundry in the apartment?
Yes. A GE washer and a gas dryer are in the unit.
