Agent's Note
From Curtis Bain. Details about the apartment are drawn from the listing information provided through RLS by Leven Real Estate.
What stands out to me here is the eastern exposure. This two bedroom, two bath sits high in the 1978 tower at 322 West 57th Street, and the windows look east toward Central Park, which is about a 3 minute walk away.
On the sun, east-facing windows get direct light from about 7:41 AM to 11:14 AM in December. At the March equinox that runs from about 7:20 AM to 12:37 PM, and at the June solstice it’s about 5:49 AM to 12:44 PM. Those figures assume an open horizon, so nearby buildings can block some of that light. I’d check what’s around the unit before you commit.
The kitchen opens straight into the living space. It has Italian cabinetry, Calacatta quartz counters, and an island with seating. The appliances are stainless steel and built in, dishwasher included.
The primary suite has the most built into it. There’s custom cabinetry and a Calacatta quartz desk with matching window ledges, and the walk-in closet is generous. The ensuite bath has a Zuma soaking tub, a double vanity, a rain shower, and honed travertine floors. Hardwood floors run through the whole apartment.
The second bedroom works as a guest room or a home office, and the second full bath has a deep tub and a rain shower. A large foyer closet and a washer and dryer in the unit mean storage and laundry stay inside the apartment.
Private outdoor space here is under 60 square feet. The building has a courtyard, a garden, and a roof deck if you want more room outside.
