1 Beds 1 Baths
This high-floor, fully gut-renovated Greenwich Village co-op captures sweeping south and west exposures and open city views, with the Hudson River visible from the residence. Set on a quiet, tree-lined street, it offers the rare combination of Village charm, modern design, and unbeatable location.
Inside, the renovation feels intentional: warm 5-inch white oak floors, recessed lighting, custom millwork, and integrated storage create a calm, polished backdrop for city living. The living room is built for effortless entertaining, with a mounted TV and concealed electrical and AV components accessed through the adjacent hall closet.
The chef’s kitchen is equally considered, with sleek custom cabinetry that makes use of every inch of space and a premium Bosch oven. Its extended counter comfortably fits bar stools, turning the space into a true eat-in kitchen.
Storage is a genuine luxury here. Professionally designed California Closets systems in the foyer and bedroom offer expansive, intelligently organized space, while additional custom millwork in the bedroom and living areas maximizes both style and function. The spa-like bathroom completes the home with high-end Kohler fixtures and a sleek Toto toilet.
Newer building-installed windows add comfort and quiet, and in-unit washer/dryers are permitted with board approval. Residents enjoy full-service living with a 24-hour doorman, live-in super, and a landscaped roof deck boasting unobstructed 360-degree views of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, and Freedom Tower.
The A/C/E, 1/2/3, F/M, L/N/Q/R/4/5/6, and PATH are all within easy reach, and Union Square is just moments away. Move right into a beautifully renovated Village home with light, design, and convenience already built in.
Agent's Note
From Curtis Bain. Details about the apartment are drawn from the listing information provided through RLS by CORE Group Marketing LLC.
What I’d weigh most in 15D is how much of the work is already done. It’s a high-floor one bedroom, one bath co-op with south and west exposures and open city views, and you can see the Hudson River from inside the apartment. The whole place was gut renovated, so you aren’t taking on a project or going through the board’s approval process for one.
The light is the next thing I’d look at. On the winter solstice the south-facing windows get direct sun from about 7:41 AM to 4:07 PM, about 8.5 hours, and the west-facing windows get it from 12:34 PM to 4:07 PM. On the summer solstice the west exposure gets about 7 hours, from 1:11 PM to 8:07 PM. Those figures assume an open horizon, so nearby buildings can block some of that light. On a high floor with open views that’s less likely, but I’d still check what’s around the unit.
I’d also pay attention to the windows. They’re newer and were installed by the building, which adds comfort and helps with quiet inside. In the city, quiet is something you’ll notice every day.
Storage is one of the strongest parts of the layout. The custom millwork and built-in storage are set into the walls. The living room has a mounted TV, and the wiring and AV components sit behind the adjacent hall closet, so there are no cables showing. The floors are 5-inch white oak, and recessed lighting runs through the rooms.
The kitchen has custom cabinetry that uses every inch of the space and a Bosch oven. The extended counter takes bar stools, so it works as an eat-in kitchen. Dainobu, a supermarket, is about a minute away. The bathroom is finished with Kohler fixtures and a Toto toilet.
The one thing that depends on the board is laundry. The building has a laundry room, and in-unit washer dryers are permitted with board approval. If that’s important to you, I’d ask early what the approval takes.
The building has a 24-hour doorman, a live-in super, an elevator, and a bike room. Pets are allowed. The landscaped roof deck gives you a full view in every direction, taking in the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and the Freedom Tower.
For getting around, the 6 Av station on the 1, 2, 3, F, L and M lines is about a minute away, and Washington Square Park is about 9 minutes.
